Representative Gutierrez was just asked “Why will immigration reform pass this time?” and his response was great – “We are getting confidence from the mosaic you see here.”
Another question was asked about how things are different this time around. Gutierrez’s response was: “This bill has 89 cosponsors. Last time it was introduced it had fewer than 25.”
