Today, leaders and advocates from all over the Western United States are gathering in San Jose, CA to call for immigration reform that keeps families together. Advocates from Oregon, California, Idaho and Washington State have traveled by the hundreds to be in San Jose for today’s event.
I just got word that the press conference to kick off the day is beginning. Over 250 people and 6 media outlets are present at the conference, which will be calling on DHS Secretary Napolitano to halt raids, deportations, 287g agreements, and E-Verify program.
