While the constitutionality of the bill was being discussed inside the Court’s white marble walls, faith leaders, labor unions, DREAMers, politicians, activists for immigrant and civil rights, undocumented and documented immigrants, and many others—nearly 1000 in all—stood in solidarity before the steps of the Supreme Court against SB 1070 and other hateful anti-immigration laws.
