Administrative Relief Resources

  • 1

Prepare! A federal judge in Texas has delayed Expanded DACA and DAPA from going into effect; he has not cancelled either program. Use this time to get the documents you will need in order.

  • 2

Save your money! You will need to pay a fee once the applications are available, but not before then. Beware of notarios saying something different.

  • 3

Call the right agency! If you have questions bout the administrative relief or your specific situation, call USCIS at 800-375-5283. We do not recommend contacting Border Patrol (CBP) or ICE to get more information about the new rules.

  • 4

Text RELIEF to 69866! We’ll send you information and alerts about relief as they become available. To receive alerts in Spanish, text ALIVIO to 69866 instead.
